Who We Are
Cosmetic Companions is a licensed, insured, and bonded home health care agency serving the DFW Metroplex. We specialize as a Post-Operative Concierge Service that offers Skilled Nursing, Personal Assisting/Companion Care, Transportation, and Restorative IV therapy services.
Our History
Diane, has had the unique experience of being on both sides of the coin. She has experienced the vulnerability of being a cosmetic surgery patient, as well as being the nurse who cares for and advocates for them. She realizes firsthand what is really needed in order to have a successful outcome and have a stress-free recovery.
She has witnessed how overwhelming it could be for an average person with no medical background to meet the needs of a patient after the surgery.
As a Registered Nurse for almost two decades specializing in Post Anesthesia Care, Surgical Intensive Care, Plastic Surgery Clinic, and Home Health nursing she knows first hand how to provide home care and services to optimize comfort during recovery. As the Director of Nursing, she uses her expertise to hand pick the most talented and skilled caregivers to work and serve our clients.
Her philosophy is treat each client as if they were your OWN family member, going over and beyond to provide not just care, but an experience.
Dr Gibson, as co-founder and director, he has been instrumental in ensuring delivery of quality care based on his clinical and administrative skills.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He also graduated from the West Virginia University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Gibson is currently the Chief of Anesthesia at Medical Center of Arlington. Dr. Gibson is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

They are screened with strict credentialing, background inquiries, drug screening, and approved references. They are licensed in the state of Texas and have received special training in postoperative care for cosmetic surgery.
