Skilled Nurse Overnight

Description

12 hours of care that includes complete nursing assessment, medication optimization and reminders, dressing changes, managing of drains, post operative risk prevention teaching, personal assisting with showering and other activities of daily living, running errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.  Charges for additional dressing and supplies provided by CC will vary. Overnight Care hours are generally from 6pm to 6am.
